JedMerican, first of all, we already apologize for the delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Not only that, we doubled the event rewards to compensate the error in our part and ran the event from afternoon all the way to night. But you continued to abused us and trying to rally players to do the same even though we took your suggestions and applied some of it for the events. You were banned because you continuously go against server rules even after I tolerate your words for the first 3 times.

Hi Scen Phang, we are sorry that you are unhappy with the server and all the players that you met throughout your journey in Ragnarok SEA. However I do need to defend our team. We did not only listen to close players, we listen to all of our players. I am just here to tell you that, thank you for all the two months you've been with us :) There is nothing we can do with how you going to rate us, that is your opinion of us. We do hope you can find a better server that suites your need out there.
